In this phase, we’ll examine how we can best serve our communities and decolonize our offerings by
👉🏽 Doing the inner work of unpacking our identities and understanding how the world sees and treats us.
👉🏽 Define and understand a shared language of systemic and cultural oppression in business and beyond
👉🏽 Discuss that language and historical education in a controlled container amongst like-minded peers
02 / LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND
Next, we’ll activate sacred listening to understand systems of oppression, how they operate in the industry, and how they cause trauma individually and collectively
👉🏽 We’ll gain understanding for how to create equitable and accessible offerings that create an inclusive environment
👉🏽 We’ll learn how to avoid oppressive capitalist tactics so as not to replicate them in our own offerings and build community-oriented services
03 / GET INTO FORMATION
Then, we’ll build a high-impact ethical brand that helps the community and you thrive. You’ll receive

👉🏽Practical tools for creating inclusive and sustainable experiences and offerings that feel good to you and impact others positively

I’m excited to meet you!
After being in the Yoga and wellness industry for 11 years, both as a staff member behind the scenes and as an instructor, I saw a huge need for representation.
I decided I could no longer wish, hope, and pray that someone would make space for me, I began to take up space in small and large ways. Growing the confidence to take up space, speak my truth, and advocate for social justice in a white dominant space was not easy though when I didn’t have mentors to show me the way.
Thats why Thrive exists. I created the mentorship I wish I had when I left working for others and started working for myself and my community.
I take care of my mentees and it becomes a lifelong friendship. You deserve someone who has your back, but most importantly, understands what you’re going through, cause honey I’ve been through it ALL!
